Problem with database tables

I have 5 Mysql tables in database and when I login today, I only had 1 of them.
When I tried to create again my tables it sead that I already have this tables.
But, I don't see them. I only have one right now.
So, I went to search tab and there I tried to search for something and I saw all of my tables there.
I don't know what to do and what is the problem.

If somebody know, please help me with this one.

In order to fix the issues that have come up due to our MySQL migration I will be taking the MySQL services offline on all free servers at midnight to perform some data maintenance.
