Problem with databases

I cant load any databases to the FRIS server Ive lost the ones that I had and Fantastico cant load them also when I try with a FTP programme it is very slow or I cant log on.
Im trying to start up a new business and this is really frustrating
Help

Try this:
Go into cPanel ( http://fris.x10hosting.com:2082/ )
Click on Remote MySQL
Add 'int.fris.x10hosting.com' to the list (without quotes)
Then try loading your page again.
