Was this a manual install of Joomla or via a script installer?

Are you sure you are using the correct db name, db user name, password?

How did you create the database? Via installer or manually?

Install DB SQL file from my allready done Joomla site
DB name I create here of course I copy and paste right name and passw
Create DB on Local server(my computer) then export - sql file - then import on this server - after FTP my site by FTP soft - fix configuration.php - thats all
I make the same operations on other servers - and it`s works - but here...
mby I don`t know some specific of this server - sorry:frown:

var $log_path = '/var/www/vhosts/balanslava.x10.mx/public_html/tmp';
var $tmp_path = '/var/www/vhosts/balanslava.x10.mx/public_html/tmp';
var $db = 'balansla_balanslava';

I thought maybe server does not support JOOMLA?

your paths are wrong. they should be /home/YOUR_CPANEL_USERNAME/public_html/something, replace YOUR_CPANEL_USERNAME with your cpanel username

Also, verify that the database has actually been created and assigned a user in the MySQL Databases section of cPanel

Also, ensure that you are connecting to "localhost" as the database name.
