Problem with Dolphin.

I have just uploaded Dolphin to my website but when I try to run the install script I get this error

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, webmaster@budbook.elementfx.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.
More information about this error may be available in the server error log.
Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
Apache/2.2.6 (Unix) mod_ssl/2.2.6 OpenSSL/0.9.8b mod_auth_passthrough/2.1 mod_bwlimited/1.4 FrontPage/5.0.2.2635 Server at budbook.elementfx.com Port 80

I've searched the forums for similar problems and tried to delete the .htaccess file but still get the same error and the Boonex website is no help either it just suggests the same course of action.

Anybody else had this problem and maybe some idea on how to solve it? ;-)

I commented out the PHP_FLAG directive in your .htaccess file, it seems to load now.
