I am receiving this error message when I try and log into my FTP account or during file transfers: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry.
Can you provide information on how to clear this issue?

Thanks,
Dave

Please re-attempt this and let us know the results. If this fails please provide full details ( not password) you are using to connect along with full output of the FTP software logs.

This is still failing as of this morning. Using Filezilla to connect and receiving the following messages on two attempts at initial connection:
Status: Resolving address of www.djm.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.14:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server
Status: Waiting to retry...
Status: Resolving address of www.djm.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.14:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Response: 421 50 users (the maximum) are already logged in, sorry
Error: Could not connect to server

After third try this morning we were able to connect:
Status: Disconnected from server
Status: Resolving address of www.djm.x10.mx
Status: Connecting to 198.91.81.14:21...
Status: Connection established, waiting for welcome message...
Status: Initializing TLS...
Status: TLS connection established.
Status: Logged in
Status: Retrieving directory listing of "/vghpxmvq/ocartdata/storage"...
Status: Directory listing of "/" successful
Status: Sending keep-alive command

Subsequent attempts ( to download a file for editing) either completed or failed with the same message.

Log file attached.

Regards
Dave
