Problem with FTP and cPanel

i created an account on your server:
http://programming.x10hosting.com
but i cennot acces to cPanel and FTP.
in cPanel he shows me :
Login Attempt Failed!
but i am prity sure thet i enter the right user name and password.
Please send me my UserName and password of cPanel to my mail or configure the cPanel.
i am on server Vox.x10.
Can anybody help me please?

now i cennot acess the account menagment i have this error:
An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue
