One of my webmail accounts isn't working. It's a very important email address. I need to be able to receive emails at it.

The error I get with squirrelmail is when I log in it says:

ERROR: ERROR: Connection dropped by IMAP server.

The error with horde is:

Login failed because your username or password was entered incorrectly.

I'm positive the username and password are correct.

Please and thank you.

P.S. All my other email accounts work just fine. It's only this one particular one. Oh yea, it's membership@verbalizeme.com

Still the same error but thanks for the suggestion.
Edit:
Could it have anything to do with DNS being offline for the past 24 hours?

I need this email, please.
Edit:
Anybody?

This email address is where I receive purchase verifications, without it I have no way of know who buys what. It's very very important. Please fix it.

Or move to level 2 support like you did this:

Edit:
So I should start searching for a new host?

It does not matter if DNS is offline. I has nothing to do with IMAP and is run by a different server.
Did you try changing the password though cPanel?

I'm just relaying what it says so you guys can help me out. It says Connection dropped by IMAP server.

Yes, changing the password helped, it's working now but why wouldn't the password be a problem? Now I have to remember a different password just for 1 account.

Thank you

When you are suspended, it changes the password on all the email accounts so you can't login. Then when you get unsuspended it changes them back. Sometimes it doesn't change the password back correctly though.

You should be able to set it to whatever it was.

Okay, that makes sense, but the problem didn't start after I was unsuspended. I'm sure of it.
