Problem with IPB 1.2

I have 2 forums running on IPB 1.2, by I keep getting a MySQL Database error for both of them. Then, when I checked my CPanel, I noticed that it's MySQL database had gone. I have been installing a mod (IBShop) to one of them, do you think this would be the problem?

PS - the URLs are http://gmhouse.x10hosting.com/gmtrade (this is the one I tried to install IBShop on and also the one with a missing database) and http://gmhouse.x10hosting.com/scforums.

maybe upgrade to 1.3.1? IBShop works better on it, i have 1.3.1, i googled IPB 1.3.1 to get it and it takes 2 minutes to upgrade.

The one that seemed to have the missing database is fine, but the other one isn't.

EDIT: I also get this error when I enter the IBShop in the admin CP:

you coded something wrong, check the admin.php on line 713 to make sure everything is correct.
