Problem with logging into hosting account

Ok I had a webpage on my account (Ubung1) that was no longer used and was removed due to me not visiting the forum for a while. I have now decided to host a new website on this account but I cant seem to get one.

I tried logging in on the main page using my login and password. It then asks me to link a forum account to the hosting so I enter my forum account name which is also Ubung1. I am then presented with a message:

An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist.

So I then try logging in but using the apply button to get a new hosting account but this says I already have an account and should use it.

Ive also tried going to my account panel which also asks to link a forum account and i get the same error as above.

How do I get a new hosting account working so I can setup the new website?

Thanks a lot, signing up for a new account using the same details worked. Although its a bit weird that I can still log in with details that have been removed. Anyway thanks for your help.
