Problem with mail servise

I've been using alot a mail account that i've created from cpanel, i usit from Outlook Express 6, A few days ago i send 20 and apparently none of them have been recibed, so i sendit again but i put my email address at the end and i'm steel waiting for the mail, so... i Will like to know if there is any problem with the smtp server, because i seeit on-line in the thread, but no mail is recibed, and outlook express tells me that there were send correctly

Have you checked to see if you hosting account was suspended? There have been quite a few accounts suspended recently, and if yours was one of them it would explain your problem. If it has been, you'll have to create a new thread in the Suspended Accounts forum.

Is it both outgoing and incoming or just outgoing?

Many ISP's may prevent users from accessing remote servers via port 25 (SMTP) to try and prevent people using them to spam people. If you feel that this maybe the case, contact your ISP and ask them about it.

Yes, both outgoing and incoming, but just happends some times no all time...
Some times is only outgoing, and other times are both...

Do you have any problems with any other mail services e.g. hotmail, gmail, ISP's mail?

No just with x10hosting mail.
And thats rare because when i send mails with x10 there are send realy fast, but when i send the same mail with other mail it takes for ever
