Problem With My Account

Hi Corey,

I have recently registered the subdomain
http://genesis.x10hosting.com
and I was able to login througn www.x10osting.com. However, I was unable 2 get to the CPanel.
Also, when I logged in through x10hosting.com, I was shown an error message that my account was found but the hosting plan was not found.

Please verify this information.

Well if you JUST registered it takes time for your account to be completely created, give it some time and try again.

I have seen alot of people with problems that there accounts weren't created properly recently so this could be related to that problem aswell... but yeah, i'm not sure.
