problem with my domain

Hi,
i've added my domain "ma-emploi.com" and i've changed name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com in my rigistrar account and i've installed joomla with fantastico option but my site show always "Not Found" what's wrong . please help
