Problem with my site

I have got a problem with my site when i view the page i just get a blank screen, i looked into the source code to see if it was even serving up my page and its just a plain html file

i have double if not triple checked that ther are index's on the server and yes they are there.

i recently asked for a php upgrade could this be causing the problem ??

Have you checked the index page filename? It should be index.html or index.php (All letters are in lowercase.)

yes i have even entered the full address to the file in the url of my browser
