Problem with pages

Hi there.I opened up a forum and have this kind of problems: i permanently need to refresh the page 3-4 time to actualy get a result. why is that?

Sounds like your web viewing is being cached.

It depends a little on how and where its cached, however, if you google for preventing web page caching there is some things you can do to reduce the chances of caching..
