Hi all...
My account was been created... and I have been received a E-mail... My account has been created by an Administrator, because of my region... Well, I can't access the Costumer Panel to fix my account, request php upgrades, etc... It's requests a confirmation code...
I had no Idea about this confirmation code... so I inserted this:
Account ID - TJP2810008270
But don't works, once I request resend mail... It returns this:
An error occurred while processing your request. The error that occurred was fatal to the request and unable to be resolved automatically.The error code provided is: ERRT61042
Once I try the Account ID... It said: The account specified does not have an email confirmation pending...
Oh well... :rant2:..
I can use my CPanel, site, and all things normally... but doesn't have costumer options... Strange...
