Problem with Parked Domain Again

Having had a problem with the parked domain bedfordpcs.co.uk for some time, it was finally resolved and back working 2 days ago.
Today after an FTP upload to update website, the dreaded redirect has reappeared and in cPanel the parked domain has disappeared again.
Help!!!!!!!!!!
