problem with parked domain

when i try to access my webpage from my parked domain it appears this account has been suspended but when i access my site from the x10hosting link it opens normally.

It seems that domain is owned by "aneotoen" which is actually suspended... This seems to be a good time to bring up the TOS about only having one account.

Could you explain please?

yes, i you search for another post i made like a week ago i said that i stoped using that account a year ago and that it may have not been deleted when x10 reopened i created a new one and linked it to my forum account so the other one is not even linked with a forum account. again, the other account may not even exist anymore, but there can be some data left.

you even closed the thread XD i think that proves it's just an unintentional mistake plz erase everything related with the account i used to have last year. thnx and sorry 4 any trouble.

I removed the old account, you should now beable to park or add the domain to this one.
