Problem with PhpBB forum

Its giving me this error everytime I log into ACP:

Warning

Please delete, move or rename the install directory before you use your board. If this directory is still present, only the Administration Control Panel (ACP) will be accessible.

I uploaded my phpbb automatically from Fantastico de deluxe, but I dont know how to resolve the problem in the quotes above. Help anyone?

Open the File Manager in cPanel -> go to the directory where your forum's scripts are located and either delete or rename the "install" directory.

Alright so I did my forum directory as "/forums" but it only gives me these options to look in:

Home Directory
Web Root
Public FTP Root
Document root for (my site name)

which one do I select?

Are the forums going to be the only thing on your site? What i am trying to say are you going to have a main page then a link to your forums?

I have renamed the "Install" folder for you.
