Problem with redirection

I have this problem where I have a page on x10hosting and when i edited it everything on the forum was redirecting me to InvisionFree so I went to to my Home Directory and when to index.html. After that I replaced everything that had linked to my InvisionFree forum "try" and redirect it tox10hosting link that I have. But the problem is whenever I click on the forum it gives me a 404 error. I know what to do to keep this from happening but what do I do to link InvisionFree to x10hosting instead of x10hosting to InvisionFree.
