problem with sending mail to me.com

Hi!

I was trying to send an email to my account on me.com.
MAILER-DAEMON@outgoing.x10hosting.com returned me a message:

Code:
Hi. This is the qmail-send program at outgoing.x10hosting.com.
I'm afraid I wasn't able to deliver your message to the following addresses.
This is a permanent error; I've given up. Sorry it didn't work out.

17.148.17.55 does not like recipient.
Remote host said: 550 5.7.0 Blocked - see https://support.proofpoint.com/dnsbl-lookup.cgi?ip=173.236.28.162: myacc@me.com
Giving up on 17.148.17.55.

I'm not sure why is this happening now because it worked perfectly before.
I can receive mails from me.com, but I can't send them back.

Any ideas?

Proofpoint considers x10hosting's mail server a source of spam. No just from your account, but everybody who uses the server. This is because some of your fellow members have abused the system to send out spam.

Hotmail does the same thing to the server.

Only way around it is to send the mail via SMTP through another mail server.

I solved the problem by sending my contact information for this IP.
Now it says: "This IP is not present in this list."

I tried to send new email and it works as before.
