Problem with sending mail (Webmail and SMTP)

Today I realized that my SMTP have some problem. The sent messages from my domain (tahirli.net) are not delievered( Only local-ondomain mails are delivered) I tried from Telnet, the same result. But I got an error mail (bounce) when I sent a message to unknown user. Tried with SquirrelMail, again - no mail is being delivered. But my mails accept incoming email. What is the problem?

This may have been a temporary problem due to today's server upgrades.

They should be done now, could you check and see if your outgoing mail is working now?
