Hi, everyone,
I am new to this service, and currently I need to urgently create a mailing list for my work purposes.
I have tried to create and configure a mailing list to forward emails to 2 of my personal accounts at hotmail.com. I configure the Administration settings but when I tried to send to it, nothing happens.
I wish to ask whether is there any other settings that I need to configure?

Edit : I have ensured the correct outgoing server settings and port number is specified
