Problem with site

Iam unable to log into my account pannel and even site is not work .

When i tries to log into my account panel it says.

 Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

I have checkd into suspension page but it says no such account exists.

Since i havent checked my sites since past few monts, idont have any clew what went wrong.

Please help either to make a new account or to run this account


I have also tried to make an account but its says you already have an account.

yes it was....
but ads were there on the site

I think it might have gown down because of inactivity..

Please help me to bring it back..
