Problem with Softaculous and Cpanel

I am trying to install a phpBB forum with Softaculous but every time I click install i get this "The following Errors were found :
The MySQL Database could not be selected." I also get this with SMF forum.


Also I keep getting randomly logged out of my cPanel.

Can you use the "MySQL Databases" tool in CPanel to see if there was a database created for you?

there was no database created there for me.

Are you inserting the correct username and password when authorizing the creation of your database? I believe it's the same as your cPanel information, but I'm not 100% sure.

I am also now getting this message since the day before yesterday:
General Error
SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]

Access denied for user 'asif_phpbb'@'stoli.x10hosting.com' (using password: YES) [1045]

An sql error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact an administrator if this problem persists.
Edit:
Ive fixed the general error now. But I still can't install a forum.

If you have problem with CPanel, create a ticket,
Stoli sever had problems with CPanel,
