Problem with SQL

HI!
I have a problem with my mysql database. I try to setup FS Passengers and it requires access to a sql db. So i created one but I get this error:

Not connected
to vatsim.x10hosting.com server
Database: kostas_va

mySql error:
Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111

What should I do?

What do you have set as the host?

Sorry but what exactly do you mean?

Localhost database: [Blank]

Online SQL Server setting
Server: vatsim.x10hosting.com
Database: kostas_forum
Database UserName: kostas_forum2
Database Password: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
