problem with Statistics of site (awstats) and bandwich

i have recently made a site with x10hosting, and i dont seem to be able to get my awstats to change, i dont really mind about this, although i have no idea how much traffic i am getting and it seems to make my bandwich no to change even though i know i have got like a load of my mates to check it out for me. When ever i look at the statistics, it always says...
Last update: 12th 12 Feb 2008 - 19:26 although it is the 27th now, and i was wondering if it only updates now and then, or if i have to do it manually.

We have some issues with AWStats right now, we have to force it to update, We are working on this, among other issues right now. We currently have more pressing issues to resolve prior to this one.
