problem with subdomian

i made a subdomian and upload it a index.php but when i go there it doenst let me see the index.php :S

Do you get an Internal Server Error (Code 500)? I got that when I tried to pull up the site. Otherwise, it may just be because of the work if you're on an Ad-free server, other than that, it could be a problem with the PHP file you uploaded.
