i speak spanish but some of my friends speak a language that is not present in your regulations.
what can make?
(ps:they are not able to costruct a website multilanguage)

This rules were made for the mods to be able to control the content of the sites, I don't thinks there's any mod speaking italian, if so, italian sites would be permited this far.
