Problem With The Server?

I cannot connect to my cPanel...it just keeps loading and loading....

In my account settings it shows this:

Server Load

15.33

And now it says:

Apache HTTP

Offline

And to add to the list we now have:

Exim

Offline

And:

cPanel

Offline
Edit:
Hmm...

After the reboot you guys did today on stoli it was working good.

Now the server load is back up:

Server Load

23.42

And I cannot connect with FTP client whenever the server load is up.

Are you still having problems connecting through FTP?

Off and on but nowhere near as bad as last night.

This might be due to the servers going down and up.
