Problem with URL - IP

My site's URL is http://arpan.x10.bz
and IP address is 69.175.6.94

But when I try to open the IP address through aby ewb browser, Its redirect me to "http://69.175.6.94/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi" and giving me error and telling me to contact hosting provider.
I need my site's IP address to be ok, so my users can reach my site through IP address - instead of URL.

Please tell me what's wrong with this???

This is not possible, You cannot use IP address to reach your website. It is a shared IP and every account on this server is using this IP.
