When I click on Webdisk access script on the desktop it comes back with an opened folder dialog box that says:
Internet Explorer could not open
https://myshoppingmallstores.com:2078/ as a web folder
would you like to see it's default view instead?
If I click yes a windows script dialog box opens and says:
There is a problem connecting to Webdisk service.
Please make sure ports 2078(ssl) and 2077 are not firewalled.
They are not firewalled, I have used this in the past. I can logon to Cpanel. I have tried recreating script again using the cpanel prompt service to no avail. I am able to view my site online thru Explorer. Is this a part of the ongoing server issues?
I am trying to place a new file in the public folder. Can someone help please. Thank you in advance for your help.
