Problem with

I installed myBB on my website but when i try to acces the admin CP panel i get an error saying:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /forum/admin/index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Example:
Works: http://programingsci.x10hosting.com/forum/admin/index.php

Also Works: http://programingsci.x10hosting.com/forum/admin/index.php?module=config

Dosen't work(returns the error): http://programingsci.x10hosting.com/forum/admin/index.php?module=home/dashboard

I already have the intermediate PHP.
I tried doing the steps on the myBB website to try fixing the problem but no luck (like use their .htaccess file)

one on the things i coudn't check is if mod_security is off, but by trying to go everywhere to find what can cause it the answers pointed towards mod_security being on, and that it should be off for myBB.

I also tried using Fantastico and installed SMF witch worked but i am wondering if i can fix this issue and use myBB.
