Problem

I have tried to install joomla several times and im getting a 404 error not found

http://doctorwhoguide.elementfx.com/Joomla , i don't know whats wrong with it and was wondering if there was anything you could do to delete it off my user and ill sign up again or to reset the account so it will work again, will it have anything to do with just changing it from doctorwhoguide.x10.bz due to it saying the site was still available for registration and wouldn't show anything up front only in the server ftp details

Joomla! is installed directly in public_html not public_html/joomla, therefore http://doctorwhoguide.pcriot.com/ is the correct way to access your Joomla! installation.
