I know this is the wrong section but the support section is giving me a Database Error.

I can't login to the cPanel. I enter my information and it says login successfull but when i click the link or let it redirect me it makes me log in again. Ive tried on both chrome and ie but neither work. My server is Boru if it matters.

I am also having this problem and no one is answering my inquiry. My site is on Boru...is Boru going through something? Are all x10 servers being moved or upgraded?! Someone help us!

I am having problems with the forums 'database failure' also, and trying to transfer on ftp saying disk full which I saw someone else mention but it wouldnt let me reply.

For the past few days I have noticed that there have been problems with Boru. Livewire said that he is trying to tell an admin about it or something like that.

And as for the dont request support here I imagine that it will be overlooked if we can't access the support section?

Hey friends,

I believe it would be overlooked if we can't access the support section but who knows for sure. I did find this though...I was able to access the hosting section of the forums and this is what Zubair had to say @ http://x10hosting.com/forums/free-hosting/164468-my-sites-down.html

It's been several days already so we may be in line waiting for some time still. Post back here if you find anything helpful.

These issues have been reported to the proper places, as promised. Unfortunately, I don't have any further information at this time, but your requests for help have been heard.

IRC is a good backup source of communication if the support forum is not available to you. Private messaging is not a good solution since staff members receive a huge number of inappropriate support requests daily.

I'm closing this thread now as it's in the wrong section. The DB error is fixed, so if it still stands please create a ticket in the correct place.
