U can get this info in cpanel.

You can also check on cpu usage there which is commonly why most users getting hit with HRU.

No, you do not have to post every month, this requirement has not been in place for a long time.

You do, however, have to access the account management panel available at the top of our homepage at http://x10Hosting.com/ once a month.
