Yes, use subdomains, and folders.. i.e. under the public_html directory of your file manager, make a new directory something like site2 or something, then you can go to http://yoursite.x10hosting.com/site2 and it can be completely different from what's in http://yoursite.x10hosting.com

Yes, just as rpope904 mentioned, simply create folders and have sub-domains point to them.

This is a pretty simple question to answer honestly.
