I've got this problem, my web can't be accessed and my cp too. I've the next error:

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

I don't understand the reason... Is there any way to restore the web? I haven't any backup...
