Problema con mi web error 404

Hola tengo un gran problema tengo instalado wordpress y un foro en otro directorio antes funcionaba muy bien y ahora no me mmuestra un error estraño

no creo que sea plugins por que no instale nada y paso de repente ademas no toque el foro y tambien paso lo mismo

Hiciste algun puente entre el foro y Wordpress? o alguna modificacion en alguno de los 2?
