Yeah, I was reading up on the terms of service again, just to make sure I wasnt doing anything wrong. After noticing that I have a ad bigger than x10hosting, I went straight to my ftp account to to and fix the problem, but i cant access my ftp account, my cpanel account or my website.

Yep your site is working for me to ...even the forums and all ...Have you tried to empty your temp files and your cookies, and maybe clear your history ? this might help

Tried what you said bigguy. Still doesnt work
I was more than willing to fix the problem I had caused on my site right away but, not being able to access my ftp account, its not really helping.

You were blocked by the firewall for failing FTP logins, it's all set now.

Im having trouble with my FTP accounts. I can access my original account just fine, but when I create one for someone else to use, it fails to log in.

In cpanel, I went to create an account:

Username: nezero
Password: xxxxxxxx
Quota: Unlimited
Directory /home/wilmaker/public_html : / (to give them access to everything)

After creating, it fails to log in and it says:

530 Authentication failed, sorry

Can someone tell me what I am doing wrong?
