problems accessing cpanel

I have actually big problems accessing the cpanel and getting connected to cpanel. If I get a connection I have problems to access for example the CGI center or the creation page for a cgi counter. I aways get connectio nerrors or timeouts.

Are you saying that you are unable to access cPanel completely or are you saying you can login to cPanel but can't use its features?

at the moment I have problems accessing cPanel. I get only a error message "could not establish connection to server" when I try to access http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082/

And yesterday I had the problem accessing cPanel, and sometimes I was able to access cPanel, but the operation I'd like to make did not work (i.e. generation of a counter results in an error message "could not establish server connetion")

Your website batteryinfo.x10hosting.com and cpanel http://lotus.x10hosting.com:2082 are working fine..

No, I tried it a few minutes ago and everything works like charme...
