Problems installing a php forum

I'm having a problem installing a Vanilla forum to my account. I've uploaded all the files successfully. When I go to open up the url to the setup of the forum I get a fatal error message and a message to contact x10hosting no-reply support. But then after a few page refreshes I get the setup page. After filling in the info I need and clicking continue I get another fatal error message saying the same thing -

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, no-reply@x10hosting.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request

Currently some of the servers are having "issues".
When you get intermittent 500 errors, it is almost always server issues.
Permission issues and .htaccess problems will usually cause 500 on all requests, especially for .php files.

Could you try again a bit later and let us know if you are still having problems?

Okay, yup I'll comment back if I have any problems. My account is on the server stoli. Do you think there is a problem on my side?
