problems linking hosting acc w/ forum acc

Hi, I am having problems linking my hosting account with my forum account.

My hosting and forum account is agdesign in both cases

Forum acc seems to work fine (I've received authentication e-mail + welcome e-mail). When I log into my hosting acc it asks for a forum acc to link, but once I enter my account username it says it doesn't exist.

Please let me know if I am doing something wrong, any help will be appreciated.

When did you sign up? and was it for adenhanced or adfree?

I signed up on tuesday eve, and received authentication e-mail by wednesday morning. I signed for an adfree acc.

It doesn't seem your account was created. Can you login to your cPanel, also what's your URL?

I can log on to my forum account cpanel but not my hosting account one.
The url I tried to create was:
agd.x10hosting.com
I haven't been able to open the page, so i don't think it was succesfully created

Can you go to http://x10hosting.com/logout, and then try registering for another hosting account?

It all seems to work now.
