Problems linking hosting to forum

I just signed up and am not able to link my username for my hosting account with the forum account. I get the error message that my username does not exist. I got an emai to confirm forum membership but not for my x10 hosting username. However, when I try to reapply using a different username it tells me I already have an account and to "use it". Ughh.
Any help appreciated. Thanks.

What is the cPanel username and the domain link you signed up with?

Username: patrickb Domain name: terribehrensphotography.x10hosting.com
I am still having no luck today.

Hosting account "patrickb" doesn't exist on our servers, and the domain: terribehrensphotography.x10hosting.com is available for use (it means no account has that domain configured).
