Problems loggin in! (Ad-Free)

Hello, for some reason I am having problems logging in. I am for 100% SURE im using the correct info the login. While I was awaiting account approval I got a couple of error e-mails. They said register again. Well when i try to I use the same information and it says it's already taken! So my stuff is there, I just am unable to login... Can someone please help!?!? :(

As a matter of fact I deleted them... :( But I got about 3 e-mails from x10, 2 were error ones. ANother was saying for me to sign up again. But I can't because there is a hosting account there, I just am not able to login somehow....

What is the cpanel user name used when signing up for this new account? I can fix the linking issue if i have the proper cpanel name.

You should be all set now. I have linked your hosting account to this forums account.

Hello,

Can you clear your cache, logout and log back in to the account panel, everything seems set from our server.

Tried clearing cache and everything, I just still can't login.

"Username specified does not exist" is what happens....

I'm putting the correct information in obviously..

Username: fradmin
Password: **********

And I still can't login via the site Panel! I can login cPanel just fine...
