Resolved Problems logging in

Once again I am having problems logging in. Last time my account was deleted for failure to log in every month. This is not my fault when the website is constantly having issues. When I am not allowed to log in why am I punished? Every time I think about upgrading my account this happens.
I can't sit here hour after hour trying to access my account. What am I supposed to do?

I'm unaware of this issue happening before today. At the time of this post, I cannot login to the SSO. I'll post an update when I have more information.

I am trying to log into my account. It spins for a while and then I get a red error message.

I spoke to an admin last night and the issue looked like it was resolved. Do you still have an issue today?
