Problems on my site

I have two problems:
1) I havent ftp access. Early it was ok.

-> USER nbookx10
<- 331 User nbookx10 OK. Password required
-> PASS *hidden*
<- 530 Login authentication failed
-> QUIT
<- 221-Goodbye. You uploaded 0 and downloaded 0 kbytes.
<- 221 Logout.

I was created second accaunt - analog result.

2) Sometimes I see message to below - This website does not exist!The domain you have requested is currently not in use under an x10Hosting web hosting account. If you would like this domain, you can register it now....

What problems? Fix it, please. I not departing from any rules...

That account exists, you are simply not logging into the correct account. Log into the correct account on your account portal and then try again. If the issue persists, open a support ticket.
