Okay, this is weird. http://chadbmaynard.x10hosting.com is my domain. From my work, I can access this site just fine. From home, I cannot as of about a week and a half ago. I thought there was just some down time, but I can access it from work, and every day for a week and a half? .......I cannot even ping the site. My router cannot ping the site. I do not have any firewalls installed or enabled. The site IP is 70.86.136.178. I can ping it from www.dnsstuff.com. Can anyone tell me what might be the problem? If I ping the domain (chadbmaynard.x10hosting.com) it will give me the IP. I don't know that that means anything, but it seems like that should make a difference.

Maybe you have been blocked by x10's firewall, or your isp blocked x10.

Well, if I've been blocked by x10, what do I do? My ISP says they haven't blocked me. Shouldn't I have been notified if I'd been blocked? Could I have been unintentionally blocked?

Yes it would have been unintentional, I dont think I can unblock you but Corey can.

Is there any way to test if I've been blocked from x10? And would that give me packet loss on a ping?

Oddly enough, I'm having the same problem you have with mine, am on the same server (70.86.136.178), and other people with my ISP (optimum online) can access the site, even though they live right down the street from me. I've been to two live help sessions and neither of them have been able to figure out anything wrong that would cause this.

[Edit- I failed to mention I can't connect to your subdomain either.]

The only way I've been able to get to my domains/subdomain is by going through a proxy in Vietnam. Here's a tracert...

Code:
Tracing route to qwickcomix.com [70.86.136.178]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

A friend of mine a few doors down gets the same path but correctly connects on the 17th hop.

Weird. So Corey probably won't help much in this case? Maybe I'll have to do the proxy thing.....

That proxy is a horrible way to do it, but at least it works. I think that needs to be looked into more.

I had that problem too, the way I used to fix it was to change my ip. If u have a dynamic ip you can turn off your router or modem at night and probably your isp change your ip, i dont think your isp block www.x10hosting.com theres no reason to do it.

This isn't simply blocking of a site, as OOL implies no blocking. It's more like nameserver trouble... I've tried changing to various tiers of DNS servers, so I don't see how changing the IP would help (the proxy I used was a transparent IP, btw) but I'll try it anyway.
