Problems receiving mail

Hello everyone:

I am new to x10 and the community and I must say that I have been very pleased with the experience!

I am, however, having a minor problem with my mail account -- domain.x10hosting.com. I have tried to configure Outlook to send and receive mail from the server. I am able to send mail from Outlook, but it will not retrieve any mail from the server. I know that the mail is arriving because when I check it with webmail, it is there. Also, I am receiving the forwarded mail to a yahoo account which I have set up to have mails forwarded to as well -- so the issue is not the mail getting to the server, but outlook pulling the mail. With that being said, here are the settings I have for the mail account on outlook...any assistance will be greatly appreciated!

Account: POP3
Incoming mail server (POP3): mail.mydomain.x10hosting.com
Outgoing mail server (SMTP): mail.mydomain.x10hosting.com
SPA not selected
(Checked) My outgoing mail server (SMTP) requires authentication and (checked) log onto incoming mail server before sending mail
Incoming Server Port 110 (SSL not selected)
Outgoing Server Port 25 (SSL not selected)

what are you using for your user name?

They are in the general form of:

user+domain.x10hosting.com and not the expected user@domain.x10hosting.com
