Problems receiving mail

Hello:

I have several web-based email account (yahoo, gmail, and hotmail) -- I also have Outlook configured to manage my x10 mail. I know that there have been problems with mail, but there was announcement that those have been resolved. Not so with my service. Please note the following:

1. HOTMAIL AND GMAIL -- I can send mail from my x10 account to Hotmail and to gmail; but I do not receive any mail from my hotmail account nor from my gmail account to my x10 account when I send a test, nor do I receive a rejection.

2. YAHOO -- works fine both sending and receiving (and forwarding).

I'm also experiencing this exact issue. This is out of the Community's realm of support. I will now escalate your thread to a member of staff. Please be patient and await a response from a member of staff.
