Problems receiving X10 email on my mobile phone

I am on Absolut (I was moved from Starka) and since the move it seems that I can not see my x10hosting.com email mailbox from my Android phone. I have set it up using the absolut.x10hosting.com address and SSL as the guidance notes in cpanel say to do for email client setup. I am using my phone's IMAP set up fields. The cpanel notes did not give a port number for incoming email which surprised me. When on Starka it worked fine and when it started to fail I checked my settings and changed 'starka.x10hosting.com' to 'absolut.x10hosting.com'. It used to have port 993 for incomming, which I left as is. The change was not allowed by my phone which says 'Password or settings are incorrect. Protocol:imap. Error: Host is unresolved: absolut.x10hosting.com
What can I do?
